BEEF AND BEAN ROUND - UP 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/4 chopped onion
1 c. barbeque sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2-3 cans baked beans or pork & beans
1 can biscuits (flaky ones are best)
1/2 c. low fat shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground chuck and onion in skillet, drain off all excess fat. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar and beans, heat until bubbly.

Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; cut each biscuit in half crosswise. Place biscuits cut-side down over hot meat mixture in spoke fashion around edge of casserole. Sprinkle cheese over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 22-27 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
