PEACH PIE 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sweet cream
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Sliced peaches, enough to fill pie plate

Line pie plate with pastry. Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Line pastry shell with 3/4 of this. Press out to sides. Fill with slices peaches. Sprinkle remainder of sugar and cornstarch mixture over peaches. Pour cream over all. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and bake for 50 minutes.
