1 pkg. udon noodles 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 lb. lean pork, sliced 1/2 cooked chicken, shredded 1/4 lb. fresh shrimp, cleaned & sliced 1 tsp. salt 1 branch celery, sliced 1/4 cabbage & carrot, shredded Dash of pepper 1 sm. onion, sliced 1/4 c. dried fungus, soaked & sliced 1/4 c. chives, sliced Lemon sliced & sitsaron 1/4 c. mushrooms, dried Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain thoroughly. Heat oil in skillet and add garlic. Add pork and cook until meat is tender and done. Add shrimp, chicken, salt, pepper, celery, cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, onions and fungus. Add noodles to pork mixture. Stir in chives. Place on large plate; garnish with slices of lemon and sitsaron. |
