CHILI CON CARNE 
3 tbsp. fat
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. minced onion
1 can red kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef and onions in hot fat. Add and cook kidney beans and the can of tomato soup (no water added) for 10 minutes. Make into a paste and blend in chili powder, flour, cumin, water and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, 45 minutes. Serves 4.
