BLUEBERRY BRICKLE CAKE | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 egg 2 c. sifted flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 2 c. blueberries or any fruit without juice Beat together sugar, butter and egg. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Stir in fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. CRUMB MIXTURE: 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. flour Put on top and bake. Use an 8"x8" pan. |
