PISTACHIO DESSERT 
1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 c. milk
2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
Cool Whip
Pecans

Mix crackers and butter; press into 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Combine ice cream, milk, and pudding and spread over crust. Top with Cool Whip and pecans.
