PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
No. 2 can crushed pineapple
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 c. water
1 box white cake mix

Combine a No. 2 can of crushed pineapple, a 3 ounce package of vanilla pudding and 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour pineapple pudding mixture into a loaf pan and chill.

Mix box of white cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over chilled pineapple pudding mixture and bake in 350 degree oven until done, about 30 minutes. Let cool, about 10 minutes before removing from pan. Spread pineapple pudding mixture evenly over cake.
