BETH'S POT PIE 
1 (19 oz.) can LaLoma Tender Bits
Flour
Pam
1 c. boiling water
1 c. raw potatoes, diced in lg. pieces
2 bay leaves
1 pkg. LaLoma Gravy Quick (brown)
1 recipe of your favorite pie crust
1 c. carrot pennies
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in 1/2" squares
1 c. whole baby onions
1 box frozen baby lima beans
3 scallions, coarsely chopped

Drain Tender Bits, coat in flour and brown in Pam. Cook vegetables with bay leaves in boiling water until barely done. Remove bay leaves, strain off liquid and save. Combine vegetables with Tender Bits and place in large casserole.

Add Gravy Quik to liquid. Add liquid to casserole, enough to reach the halfway mark. (Use more water, if needed.) Cover with pie crust. Make slits in top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, or until crust is well browned. Serves 6.
