CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. smoked beef, shredded fine
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 stick celery, finely chopped
Prepared horseradish to taste

Beat cream cheese at room temperature real well. Fold in other ingredients. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers and/or chips. Very tasty on rye crackers and HIHO crackers. Quick and easy to make.

NOTE: I use kitchen scissors to shred beef.
