PUMPKIN PIE 
1 can pumpkin
2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)

Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix all ingredients well. Divide and pour into unbaked pie shells.

Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake pie for 40 more minutes.

Note: Instead of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves you can put pumpkin pie spice in place of these ingredients.
