PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
3 (15 oz.) cans chunk pineapple or tidbits
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. Townhouse crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Drain pineapple and place in greased baking dish. Mix sugar and flour together; sprinkle over pineapple. Spread cheese over top of pineapple; spread crackers on top of cheese. Pour melted butter on top. Bake 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Delicious served with ham!
