HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. green bell pepper, ground
1/4 c. hot pepper, ground
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
Green or red food coloring

Remove seeds from peppers. Grind and measure. Add vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add Certo and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Set aside and skim. Add coloring. Pour into sterilized glasses and seal with paraffin. Makes 6 cups.
