WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 deboned chicken, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. special recipe sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 can cream of chicken soup
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® 5 minute wild rice
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 c. bell pepper

Boil whole chicken in large pot on stove. Save chicken broth. While chicken is cooking, dice celery, onion and bell pepper. Cook sausage and ground beef together in large fry pan. Add diced chicken, celery, onion and bell pepper. Cover with chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Add COOKED wild rice and soups. Mix well and put in casserole dish(es). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
