2/3 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
1 tsp. vanilla
8 c. Golden Graham cereal
3 c. miniature marshmallows

Butter 13x9 inch pan. Heat corn syrup, butter, chocolate morsels to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal in large mixing bowl. Toss quickly unitl coated. Fold in marshmallows. Press mixture in pan with buttered back of spoon.
