3 c. thinly sliced or grated zucchini (4 sm.)
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano or powder
Dash of pepper
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs well beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan and bake until golden brown about 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into pieces about 2 x 1 inches. Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
