HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 cubed potatoes
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. tarragon
Dash pepper

Peel, cube and cook potatoes. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Drain cooked potatoes and toss lightly with dressing. Serve hot. Serves 6.
