BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. raw rice
3 cans water
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
2 c. chopped celery
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 bottle LaChoy soy sauce

Mix together in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. This doubles in volume.
