7 LAYER SALAD 
2-3 bunches fresh spinach
1 head lettuce
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained, not cooked
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. original HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing mix
1/2 tsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese

In large bowl, alternate spinach, bacon, lettuce, peas, onion, water chestnuts. Make dressing of sour cream, mayonnaise, dressing mix, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Spread over top of layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
