ONION STUFFED RABBIT 
1 rabbit, about 2 lb.
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. onion sliced
3 bacon slices

Rub salt and pepper inside rabbit. Stuff with onion slices. Truss. Lay strips of bacon over rabbit. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Will serve 4.
