CELIO'S VEAL FRANCAIS 
1 lb. veal cutlets, sliced thin
1 - 1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1/2 stick butter
Juice of lemon
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parsley (for garnish)

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Coat cutlets with flour mixture. Brown cutlets in oil in a skillet. Remove cutlets from skillet. Set aside. Discard oil. Melt butter in skillet. Add lemon juice and garlic powder. Return cutlets to skillet. Simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
