ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter

FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) can concentrated orange juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can mandarin orange sections

Mix together crust ingredients and press into the bottom of 9 x 13 pan. In a bowl mix juice, Cool Whip, and milk. Spread over crust. Arrange drained orange sections on top. Chill thoroughly.
