1 graham cracker pie crust 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1/2 c. fudge sauce 1/4 c. sugar 3 egg whites Dash salt Put half of ice cream in pie shell. Top with 1/4 cup fudge sauce. Put remaining ice cream on top and another 1/4 cup fudge sauce. Beat egg whites with a dash of salt until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually until stiff peaks form. Put on top of pie and seal edges. Bake at 450 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Keep in freezer until serving. |
