CHEDDARY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 can Campbells broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 med. potatoes, cooked, sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients except parsley. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Garnish with parsley. 4 servings (recipe can be doubled). Prep. time 25 minutes; cook time 10 minutes.
