MANDARIN ORANGE LAYER CAKE AND
FROSTING
 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

In large bowl, mix by hand, the cake mix, eggs and oil. Add oranges and juice, mix. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8 or 9 inch cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees about 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix pineapple with juice and dry pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake layers.
