INSTANT SOUP 
1 can broth (chicken or beef)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. cabbage, broccoli or cauliflower
1/2 sm. onion chopped or minced
1 tbsp. parsley

Bring broth to boil, add vegetables and boil until done.
