PEACH COBBLER 
3/4 c. butter
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 3/4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 c. chopped peaches
2 1/4 c. sugar
10 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix first 5 ingredients and spread on bottom of pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and put on top of crust.

Pour 2 eggs, slightly beaten, over the peach mixture. Pour 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon whipping cream over all. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown and set. (Start checking after about 35 minutes; could take 45-60 minutes to finish baking depending on your oven; I made one that took 75 minutes.)
