3 c. cooked diced carrots
2/3 c. cream
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter

After cooking drain carrots and place in buttered baking dish. Dot with peanut butter and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Cover with cream and bake in moderate oven until brown.
