BLUEBERRY SNACK CAKE 
2 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 pt. blueberries
1 c. walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan. In large bowl, mix first 8 ingredients at low speed until blended. Increase to medium speed and beat for 2 minutes. Gently fold in blueberries and walnuts. Spread batter into pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
