CHEESY SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash, drained
2 c. med. sharp cheese, grated
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine squash, 1 1/2 cups cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, soup, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased glass baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden.
