BROCCOLI SALAD SUPREME 
1 head broccoli (cut florets off - peel stalk and thinly slice -put all in salad)
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
1 sm. red onion, diced

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Combine the dressing and add to salad. Refrigerate before serving.
