2 heads broccoli, remove flowerettes and chop
1 c. peanuts
1 c. raisins
8 pieces of crisp bacon
Grated onion to taste
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise

Toss all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce leaf.
