4 English muffins, split & toasted
24 slices pepperoni
1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread tomato sauce on each muffin half. Place pepperoni, Italian seasoning and cheese on the sauce. Put muffins on a cookie sheet. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.

NOTE: Line your broiler tray with foil and boil English muffins until golden brown.
