MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped chives
1/3 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. butter

Cook and mash potatoes. Combine with cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir in chives. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
