PENNY'S SHRIMP SALAD 
1 (14 oz.) box Kraft Deluxe macaroni & cheese dinner
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained
1 lb. sm. to med. shrimp, cleaned
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives, drained

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to box directions; drain. Add sour cream to the pouch of cheese sauce. Add shrimp to boiling water. When water returns to boiling, cook about 2 minutes. Drain shrimp and rinse with cold water. Add shrimp, onion, pimentos and olives and sour cream-cheese mixture to drained macaroni. Toss to mix.
