BETTER THAN LOVE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Makes 12 or more servings.

1 box Duncan Hines golden butter cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (4 - 6 oz.) bar German chocolate, grated well
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips and German chocolate. Beat 2 minutes.

Grate chocolate and mix into cake batter. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased and floured bundt pan.

ICING:

3/4 oz. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box powdered (10x) sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Cream butter and cream cheese together, add powdered sugar; blend well. Add nuts and vanilla. Beat well and spread on cooled cake. Covers cake for 10 to 12.
