GRANDMA'S LASAGNA 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 1/2 lb. ground round beef
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
1 1/2 tbsp. basil
1 pkg. lasagna noodles

CHEESE SAUCE:

2 eggs
2 pt. sm. or lg. curd cottage cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. grated mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and add all other ingredients for meat sauce. Let sauce simmer for 25 minutes. Mix cheese sauce ingredients: eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

Using a 9 x 13 inch pan, make 2 layers: Noodles, cheese sauce, mozzarella cheese, meat sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
