GRANDMA'S MACARONI DISH 
1 lb. old fashioned macaroni (long tubes, remember) or 1 lb. rotini
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
1 can water

Cook pasta until just tender (in salted water if desired). Chop onion and add to beef and brown, stirring until crumbly. Salt and pepper lightly. Stir in soup and water. Cook until blended and pour over drained macaroni or rotini. Simple and simply delicious.

Grandma (to all us kids in the neighborhood) made this for Saturday lunch when we played with her grandchildren, the Ames' kids.
