SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix well. Form into patties, brown. Remove from pan. Make gravy. Return patties to pan; add a can of mushrooms, if you wish. Simmer for a short while.
