TURKEY IN A STUFFING CRUST 
6 c. stuffing mix
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
3 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 to 2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine stuffing mix with water, using only enough liquid to moisten. Mix well. press into buttered 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 10 minutes. Saute onion and celery in butter. Add flour. Blend well, then gradually stir in Carnation. Stir over low heat until sauce thickens. Add remaining ingredients. Blend, then place in stuffing crust. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
