MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Mix above together.

1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Pour 1/2 of corn meal mixture into greased frying pan. Spoon beef and other ingredients over corn meal mix. Top with remaining corn meal mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
