CHILLED GAZPACHO SOUP - BLENDER 
1 (14 oz.) can peeled Italian tomatoes
1 med. cucumber, peeled and cut up
1 med. green pepper, cut up
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar or dry red wine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
Chicken broth, a little
4 slices French bread soaked in water
1 c. half and half or light cream
Croutons, optional

In a blender, puree all ingredients except bread, cream and croutons. Add a little broth to make puree smoother. Crumble bread and mix with its soaking liquid until smooth. Stir this mixture with puree until smooth. Then add cream and mix until smooth. Chill and add more seasonings to taste. Serve with croutons.
