CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
2 sm. chicken breasts
3/4 tsp. salt
1 sliced onion
1 c. tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine flour and salt. Coat chicken breasts with mixture. Brown chicken in hot oil. Remove chicken and cook onion until tender. Return chicken to onion skillet and add remaining ingredients. Stir gently until well mixed. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Uncover and simmer 5 minutes more. Serve on spaghetti or rice. Serves 2.
