“CHIMICHURRI SAUCE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  CHINESE DUCK SAUCE

CHIMICHURRI SAUCE 
1 cup fresh parsley leaves
6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Place parsley, garlic, oregano, salt and chili powder in food processor container.

Cover and process for 20 seconds. While motor is running, slowly add a stream of oil and lime juice through the small opening in cover, processing until blended.

Season with salt, as desired. Serve chimichurri sauce with steak, roasts, and hamburgers, or in beef wraps.
