1/4 c. butter 1 c. milk 1 egg 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. sugar 2 c. persimmon pulp 2 c. flour 1 c. chopped dates 1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream butter. Add next 5 ingredients, mix well. Stir in persimmon pulp. Add flour, nuts and dates. Bake in greased 9 inch pan at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
