BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lbs. beef tips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
3/4 c. burgundy wine
1 oz. Cognac

Mix all together and bake covered for 3 hours at 325 degrees F. Remove from oven and pour 1 ounce of Cognac over meat. Bake uncovered for another 1/2 hour. Enjoy!
