MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot ham sausage
1 onion, cubed
1 bell pepper, cubed
1 1/2 c. old fashion oats
1 lg. (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix beef and sausage. Add onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, oats, and the large can tomato sauce. Mix until very moist, place into large baking dish. Dent rows in top of loaf with fingers. Fill with remaining tomato paste. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
