1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
Food coloring

Put all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until firm, stirring constantly. Takes just a few minutes. Store in plastic bag.
