CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. chicken pieces, cut up
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 bunch broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Boil chicken until tender, debone and cut into bite-size pieces. Cook broccoli until tender and cut into bite-size pieces. Make Stove Top stuffing according to directions on box. Use 9 x 13 inch pan and layer stuffing, chicken pieces and broccoli pieces. Add enough water to can of cream of chicken soup to make it thin enough to pour. Pour over layered chicken, stuffing and broccoli. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to heat through. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Can be assembled ahead and put in refrigerator. Bake at least 45 minutes when casserole has been refrigerated.
