PAN FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1-2 tsp. olive oil
1 head cauliflower
1/4 c. white flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste

Wash cauliflower and slice into bite size florets. Parboil for 3 minutes in large pan of boiling water. Drain well.

Mix together flour, paprika, red and black pepper and salt. Shake over cauliflower and mix well to coat. Saute the florets in olive oil over a medium flame until golden brown.
