BAKED SPINACH | |
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup 2 tsp. onion juice 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. paprika Cook spinach until barely tender. Drain well. Combine soup and onion juice and fold into spinach. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine butter, crumbs, and seasonings. Sprinkle over surface and bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8. |
